October 18th  is EWC's  first volunteer opportunity at Dog/Cat Fun Day at the Free to Live Animal Shelter.  They are open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily except Wednesday.  Free to Live is located on Western, 4 miles North of Waterloo Rd.  Volunteers may help with Dog/Cat Fun Days (1st and 3rd Sat. 1-3 PM: playing with animals).  Dog/Cat Work Days (2nd & 4th Saturday 1-3 PM: cleaning animal cubbies, etc) and Facility/Ground Maintenance (mow, weed, fill holes, etc).  Age 18+ required for all activities except Fun Days (or over-age supervisors from EWC required).
