MAY GENERAL MEETING

Can you believe it’s already time to bid farewell to the 2025/2026 club year?! We hope you will join us at our grand finale meeting on May 21st! We’ll take a stroll down memory lane reflecting on the remarkable achievements of the year - all made possible by the hard work and dedication of our amazing members and Board.

From logging volunteer hours to successful fundraising efforts and distributing scholarships and grants - there is so much to celebrate! To add to the excitement, we will honor our Provisional Class as they prepare to transition into their new roles as Active Members.

And best of all, this is a "bring a guest" meeting! So feel free to invite a friend who is curious about EWC!

We can’t wait to see everyone on May 21st at Kickingbird!

5:30 PM: Doors open and check-in begins
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner and meeting

Meal cost is $32.00. For those seeking something special, a cash bar will be available.

Please note: Registration will close at 11:59 PM on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Late registrations are not accepted, and you cannot transfer or sell your spot if you are unable to attend after registration closes. All payments are non-refundable. Be sure to sign up as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline.
